Join our team in the Central Region Execution Specialist role, where you’ll lead the coordination and monitoring of in-store execution within the RTM channel at the regional level, ensuring implementation of My Perfect Store (MPS) standards and fostering a culture of commercial excellence. You’ll be a key enabler for the sales force, guaranteeing correct implementation of campaigns, materials and visibility strategies that maximize shopper experience and contribute to sustainable sales growth and market share expansion. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and ensure proper in-store execution across your region, guaranteeing application of the MTP model and company-defined standards. * Collaborate with the Regional Manager to align RTM channel execution plans—campaigns, materials and commercial priorities. * Train and enable sales teams and supervisors on core sales fundamentals, operational discipline and campaigns, ensuring consistent execution. * Coordinate and manage allocation, distribution and implementation of POP materials and in-store displays. * Audit and evaluate field execution through diagnostics, visits and KPIs, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Analyze campaign and execution initiative performance, generating improvement actions with measurable impact on sales and market share. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales Training and Logistics to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. * Lead and monitor regional or national execution projects / captaincies, driving standardization and best practices. Who are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration or related Commercial fields. * Willingness and ability to travel across different regions to support the Execution Plan. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in roles such as Training Specialist, Trade Marketing Specialist, Execution Specialist or similar. * Experience in training and developing teams—including designing training materials, facilitating training sessions and collaborating across departments to drive adoption of processes, tools and best practices. * Knowledge and expertise in the RTM sales channel. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Competencies: Driving Innovation, Organizational Integration, Achieving Results, Strategic Mindset and Leadership.
