At **TAMA | Mexican Architecture Workshop**, we need the best talent to join our team as a **Financial Analyst** for our real estate business: In this position, you will be responsible for: * Developing IRR models per real estate project. * Evaluating investment projects (NPV, IRR, ROI, EBITDA). * Projecting income and expenses to prepare cash flow statements aligned with schedules. * Updating projected investment models with actual monthly data. * Generating financial and operational indicators in spreadsheets. * Financial modeling and projections. * Banking management: vendor onboarding, internal account transfers, vendor payments, and income verification. * Reconciling XML files vs. accounting records, bank reconciliations, verifying XML stamping, PUE and PPD with payment complements. * Sending income and expense documentation to the accounting firm. * Weekly results presentations. * Preparing banking information for bridge loan applications. * Reviewing construction schedules to assess monthly cash flow and, if necessary, request funds from partners or draw from the bridge loan. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Controller, or similar positions involving financial activities. * Knowledge of the real estate industry (desirable). * Analytical and numerical profile. * Proactive and responsible. * Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills. * Organized and methodical. * High sense of follow-up and control.
