We have received international recognition, including Best VIP Lounge in North America, and are certified under ISO 9001, ensuring excellence in our processes and services. · We are currently seeking a: BILINGUAL HOSTESS (Intermediate English proficiency required) Location: Last Wait VIP Lounge, Mexico City International Airport (AICM) · Required Profile Prior experience as a Hostess, Concierge, Executive Receptionist, Service Supervisor, or in similar roles. Conversational intermediate English (mandatory). Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve situations effectively. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and varying schedules. High degree of discretion, professionalism, and customer experience focus. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm welcome and personalized attention to our VIP guests. Manage lounge access and reservation control. Ensure an exceptional experience throughout each guest’s stay. Coordinate with various operational departments to maintain service quality. Promptly and professionally address requests, inquiries, or incidents. Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
