Automotive company seeks **APPOINTMENT ADVISOR**\-**SERVICE** **Job Description** **Generate** sales opportunities and follow-ups **through remote customer service channels**, based on a culture **focused on appointments** **Requirements** * Minimum education: **High school diploma** * **Sales experience** (preferably in the automotive sector) * **Customer service experience** * Minimum **6 months of verifiable experience** (**AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY**) * Must reside near the Venustiano Carranza or Gustavo A. Madero dealership **Responsibilities** * **Ensure customer satisfaction in every call.** * **Guarantee accurate customer registration.** * **Make follow-up calls on the third day.** * **Inform customers about their upcoming service, campaigns, etc.**, and encourage their return to the dealership. * Maintain the dealership’s **customer database up to date**. * **Verify customer satisfaction** * **Document, implement, and execute procedures** outlined in the BDC Manual **We offer:** * **Monthly salary of $9,585 \+ COMMISSIONS.** * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs. * Uniforms Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
