Software infrastructure support and maintenance A prominent company in the chemical industry is seeking: AN INTERN for the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY department REQUIREMENTS: - Must be an ACTIVE STUDENT pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field (within 1 year of graduation; a current enrollment certificate will be required) - Intermediate to Advanced English (70% proficiency) - Availability to work Monday through Friday mornings, from 8 AM to 2 PM. - Interest in web development, databases, and/or programming. - Basic knowledge of communication protocols, networks, and databases. - Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, software architecture, and web and mobile (Android) application development. - Proficiency in .NET languages, C, Visual Basic, WCF, and SQL. · RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Research on emerging technologies ·Custom application development ·Process mapping ·Project administration/documentation ·Support and maintenance of software application infrastructure · Work location: San Salvador Xochimanca, ZIP Code 02870, Azcapotzalco, CDMX.
