In this role, you will help manage inventory levels, ensuring counting accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of our inventory management processes. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory flow and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and products to our customers. Responsibilities • Assist in supervising and managing inventory levels across multiple categories to ensure optimal stock availability. • Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain counting accuracy. • Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and initiate orders as required. • Support implementation of best practices and inventory management procedures. • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and report discrepancies to senior management. • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on inventory processes and systems. Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: • 1+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic understanding of inventory control principles and practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
