Your Role’s Challenge: As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that what the system (SAP) reports matches exactly what is on the shelf. You won’t just count parts—you’ll lead the cycle counting strategy, investigate discrepancies, and serve as the voice ensuring that Picking and Sales operate on a solid, accurate reality. Your Key Responsibilities: Cycle Count Leadership: Execute and supervise the established Cycle Count Plan for Finished Goods. Elite Investigation: Identify root causes of discrepancies. Was it a system error or a physical process error? Your job is to find the answer and reconcile it. Data Management: Generate accuracy reports to serve as a compass for managerial decision-making. Operational Synergy: Maintain a constant flow of information with Picking, Shipping, and Order Management teams to prevent delivery delays. Space Optimization: Ensure each item is in its correct physical location to maximize operational speed. What We Need From You: Mandatory: SAP Proficiency: Solid experience with the Materials Management (MM) and Inventory modules. Strategic Excel Skills: Ability to handle databases, pivot tables, and formulas for information analysis. Education: Completed high school diploma (minimum). Mindset: Strong logical-mathematical reasoning and exceptional autonomy in managing your time and goals. Desirable: Technical or professional education in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Administration. Prior experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments.
