Warehouse Materials Supervisor

We are seeking our next: Warehouse Supervisor! What we seek in you: * Two years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Administration, or a related field. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising, coordinating, and distributing warehouse staff activities. * Fulfilling the material replenishment and supply plan for production plants and external contract manufacturers, with at least 24 hours' advance notice relative to the production schedule. * Ensuring timely receipt of internal contract manufacturing orders from customers for processing. * Managing inventories through cyclic and semiannual counts, ensuring system reliability and optimal space utilization. * Coordinating the receipt, placement, and system entry of materials, verifying compliance with quality standards and managing supplier payments. * Supervising maintenance of warehouse equipment (scales, forklifts) and proper handling of hazardous waste, promoting operational safety. * Ensuring on-time and accurate shipment of finished products to designated warehouses or destinations. * Verifying that personnel have the necessary tools and safety equipment to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Controlling and administering the annual budget for departmental expenses. Skills: * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. * Sense of urgency, proactivity, and quick decision-making. Knowledge and tools: * Familiarity with regulatory standards: NOM-059, NOM-259. * Good Warehousing Practices (GWP). * Knowledge of cyclic and annual inventory management. * Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel.
