Position: BILINGUAL ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT Requirements: \- Education: Incomplete Engineering degree or current student in Telecommunications or related fields (Systems and/or TIC Administration). \- ADVANCED ENGLISH \- Experience in on-site technical support, network administration, and data backup using software tools. \- Proficiency with Service Desk ticketing tools, Remedy, etc. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers. \- Ability to resolve and track requests via ticket management. \- Knowledge of computer equipment, network, and software maintenance and backups, including antivirus programs. \- Server monitoring, service status checks, and computer equipment installation. \- Operating Systems \- Essential: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets.
