Join Our Team!!! **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with diploma. Age: 25 years or older. Valid driver’s license. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years working in technical support. * Office 365, servers, Linux, Windows 10, networking, structured cabling. **Knowledge:** * Providing technical support to headquarters and remote office staff. * Installation and configuration of computer equipment. * Optimal equipment maintenance to ensure smooth business processes. * Installation of structured cabling. * Maintenance of communication networks. * Installation of Office software, Windows, versions XP and later. * Configuration of email accounts in Exchange and POP. * Backup of email accounts into PST files. * Configuration of Office 365 accounts (via Office 365 cPanel). * Antivirus installation. * Configuration of video conferencing applications including Zoom, Meet, and Teams. **Competencies:** * High sense of urgency. * Teamwork. * Analytical thinking. * Organized. * Willingness to work under pressure. * Ability to analyze and synthesize information. * Flexible availability. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (mixed compensation). * Statutory benefits.
