**Title:** Operations and Security Services Manager **Mission:** Ensure 100% operational continuity and service quality, meeting SLAs, regulatory requirements, and cost objectives. **Requirements:** 5 years of experience in private security with command over >100 guards; shift management and supervision; client interaction; VMS/access control systems management; KPIs and Excel/BI tools; metropolitan availability and mobility; integrity and results orientation. Key Responsibilities * **Operational Planning and Resource Allocation** * Deploy and implement operational security plans at each contracted site. * Determine guard numbers, schedules, patrol routes, fixed posts, shifts, and shift handovers. * Assign vehicles, equipment, and technology (CCTV, alarms, access control systems). * Conduct risk analyses and adapt security plans to each client or location. Personnel Supervision: * Recruit, train, and provide ongoing development for personnel. * Evaluate performance and enforce discipline across the operational team. * Ensure guards comply with protocols, internal standards, company policies, and client policies. * Lead the intermediate command structure (supervisors, coordinators, etc.). **Operational Quality Monitoring and Control** * Oversee incident reports, logs, and internal and external audits. * Conduct drills, unannounced inspections, and operational audits. * Analyze KPIs (response time, incident rate, contractual compliance, losses, etc.). * Implement operational improvements, corrective actions, and preventive measures. **Regulatory and Legal Compliance** * Ensure operations comply with the Federal Law on Private Security and local regulations. * Ensure guards meet legal requirements (certifications, firearm carry licenses where applicable, etc.). * Represent the company legally as required by assigned duties. **Client, Supplier, and Stakeholder Relations** * Address client technical requirements, attend operational meetings, and support audits. * Guarantee adherence to service agreements (SLAs) with clients. * Coordinate with equipment, maintenance, and supply vendors. * Serve as the client’s operational and security representative. **Administrative and Financial Management** * Develop and manage the operational budget (personnel, equipment, maintenance expenses). * Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization. * Prepare executive reports and KPIs for senior management. **Crisis and Emergency Management** * Establish protocols for emergency response, critical incidents, evacuations, crimes, or threats. * Coordinate operational team response during crises. * Supervise internal investigations following serious incidents. Scope of Position / Authority Levels * Autonomy to make operational decisions within the approved budget framework and according to legal representation tied to assigned functions. * Authority to impose disciplinary sanctions on operational staff (within the company’s organizational structure). * Authority to deploy emergency resources or implement urgent operational adjustments. * Authority to negotiate technical requirements with clients within contractual limits. * Authority to introduce operational changes, improvements, tactical adjustments, new patrol routes, or personnel reallocations. * Report to senior management, propose strategies, and justify investments in technology or equipment. Profile: * Professional background: security, engineering, administration, risk management, or related field. * Proven experience in private security, preferably managing large teams. * Technical knowledge of security systems, access control, and electronic surveillance. * Analytical capability, KPI management, and continuous improvement mindset. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of sector-specific legal/regulatory frameworks.
