We are a growing company that invests in innovation, e-commerce, and excellence in the shopping experience. **IT and Network Support Analyst** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, or technical degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field * Experience: 2 years in the position Knowledge in: * Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, cabling, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Computer equipment maintenance * Operating systems * Data backups * Basic programming knowledge * Enterprise antivirus consoles * Windows, Office, and workstation support **Responsibilities** * Corporate systems and applications support * User account and Active Directory administration * Software license management * Remote user support and videoconferencing assistance * Incident and solution documentation * Support ticket management **Work Location:** * Torre Polanco, Deleg. Miguel Hidalgo; as reference, we are a 15-minute walk from Metro Polanco (Orange Line). Schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
