PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil or Electrical-Mechanical Engineer with managerial experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams. Professional development with project management methodologies. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 verifiable years performing this role in low- and medium-voltage electrical, electromechanical, or low-voltage electrical and telecommunications projects. * Must have managed no fewer than 3 projects valued above MXN 25 million and at least one valued above MXN 50 million, excluding VAT. * Experience does not include construction projects where execution was subcontracted. * Experience in construction planning and control, as well as resource management. * Mandatory technical knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electricity; desirable knowledge in telecommunications, especially fiber optics. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel (mandatory); intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD; basic-to-intermediate knowledge of BIM.
