We are seeking an Operations Intern currently enrolled in studies (starting from the 4th or 5th semester) who wishes to develop expertise in logistics, e-commerce, and supply chain.
This position will work closely with the operations team to ensure proper order execution, inventory tracking, and coordination across various business areas. It is a dynamic role, ideal for an organized, proactive individual eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 2:00 pm**
**Responsibilities**
* Support the management and tracking of B2C orders via e-commerce platforms.
* Coordinate with the fulfillment team for order preparation and shipping.
* Track and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
* Monitor domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Support communication with the production department to verify product availability.
* Assist in managing and resolving order-related incidents.
* Track logistics providers.
* Support restocking planning and execution for retail channels.
* Collaborate with the procurement department.
* Identify opportunities for operational process improvement.
**Requirements**
* Currently enrolled student starting from the 4th or 5th semester (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Proficiency in Google tools (Google Sheets, Drive, etc.)
* Interest in operations, logistics, or e-commerce
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Proactivity
* Basic analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month
