WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STORE MANAGER AT OUR SANTA FE BRANCH!** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Conversational English. **(essential requirement)** * Experience in sales. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions **in retail** * Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, customer service, and sales. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead the store team. * Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets. * Guarantee exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues. * Control and supervise inventory levels, product receipts, and shipments. * Ensure proper product display according to visual merchandising guidelines. * Place orders, receive, and control merchandise. * Handle cash register operations and perform daily sales closings (cash counts, reconciliations, and reports). * Coordinate staff schedules, incidents, and attendance. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and hygiene standards. * Prepare sales, inventory, and team performance reports. **We Offer:** * Net base salary of $15,000 per month \+ Bonuses * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Benefits: * Option for permanent contract * Free uniforms Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
