Aggregate, standardize, and validate multiple data sets **Database Coordinator** **About the Role:** We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Database Coordinator** to join our Research team within a commercial real estate environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high\-quality market data across multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support reporting and business insights. Although based in Mexico City, you will collaborate closely with U.S. teams, making strong attention to detail and effective cross\-border communication essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Aggregate, standardize, and validate multiple data sets across different platforms * Perform accurate data entry and verification across databases and service lines * Manage and process requests through a ticketing/workflow system * Compile and maintain property and market data (ownership, zoning, land use, sales, demographics) * Collaborate with GIS teams and support basic mapping tasks * Conduct data audits and enrichment to ensure accuracy and completeness * Track market activity (construction pipelines, tenant movements, occupancy changes) * Support quarterly reporting processes * Execute ad hoc data queries and respond to internal requests * Manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or a related field * 2\+ years of experience in administrative roles or data entry * Professional fluency in **English (written \& spoken)** – required * Spanish fluency for local collaboration * Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) * Experience with CRM systems or property databases (preferred) * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Process\-oriented, reliable, and proactive **What We Offer** * Base salary * Law benefits * Additional benefits * Remote work If you meet the profile, please apply by sending your **updated CV with photo in PDF format.**
