Because at PUMA, whoever wants to play, can play. **Your mission** ---------------- Job responsibilities: * Directly responsible for ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales, and service. * Consistently guarantee high standards of in-store service experience in alignment with PUMA brand values and service standards. * Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing team members, managing results and associates. * Prepare and manage timely and accurate performance evaluations for each member of the store team. * Hold each store member accountable for meeting or exceeding company expectations through weekly productivity conversations, daily on-the-moment coaching, recognition for performance, and development actions as needed. * Spend 85% of work hours on the sales floor, engaging customers, selling, and coaching advisors. * Directly responsible for executing and processing merchandise receiving and shipping. * Directly responsible for loss prevention and operational compliance within the store. * Achieve or exceed all inventory goals; supervise and manage physical counts. **Your talent** --------------- REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in PC, MS\-Office, Outlook, Internet * Proven ability to exceed sales targets while meeting payroll goals, demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, train, develop, and retain talent, ability to reason in complex situations, proven effective communication skills, ability to present information to large groups or in-store * Two to four years of experience focused on a retail customer service environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with proven results as a store manager in retail (preferably fashion retail, sport retail) WE OFFER: * Monthly base salary * Monthly sales achievement bonus * Statutory and additional benefits (life insurance, savings fund, grocery vouchers, uniforms, discounts at PUMA stores according to our policies) * Direct hiring by the brand * Career development and growth plan * Two rotating days off per week * Full-time availability for shift rotation (store opening and closing) **Our principles** ------------------ PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
