Validate the quality of information—both physical and system-based. 2. Knowledge and application of service-level agreements (SLAs). 3. Apply the 5S methodology and continuous improvement in areas under your responsibility. 4. Monitor all processes using contractual and internal performance indicators. 5. Manage proper workload balancing across both human capital and material resources. 6. Weekly review and authorization of payroll-related incidents for personnel under your supervision. 7. Maintain disciplined cost control to ensure financial profitability. 8. Ensure adherence to customer SLAs for receiving, inventory, and shipping. 9. Guarantee that every process is managed through documented procedures on authorized platforms. 10. Serve as a key user of the WMS or systems for assigned accounts. 11. Track the position-specific training matrix for personnel under your supervision. 12. Ensure compliance with the company’s safety and general policies established for operations under your responsibility. **What We’d Like You to Bring** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in project administration, personnel management, and logistics process control.
