ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most stringent environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.** **Job Description** **Mission:** Ensure financial efficiency and data integrity for regional assets’ cost information. The incumbent will guarantee that operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) align with the Group’s financial strategy, identifying critical deviations and managing associated financial risks arising from operations. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** Functions include, but are not limited to: * Budget Management and Reporting * Lead budgetary control and tracking for OPEX and CAPEX across all regional assets. * Prepare annual cost estimates and forecasts per project at year-end. * Identify budget variances, linking them to a risk-and-opportunity matrix. * Prepare detailed management reports (Reporting) for regional leadership. * Operational and Asset Control * Coordinate with Regional Managers to develop the annual OPEX budget. * Execute the certification process for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) work. * Conduct operational cost analyses for both the maintenance contractor and the Group’s SPVs. * Provide historical cost information to support bidding for new projects. * Data Integrity and Administrative Processes * Monitor and ensure proper cost classification within the system. * Manage and supervise invoice issuance. * Coordinate and validate monthly cost reclassifications. * Guarantee data reliability and cleanliness in SAP and other management tools. **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective and Assertive Communication: Ability to interact with operational and executive-level stakeholders. * Results Orientation: Mindset focused on efficiency and cost savings. * Leadership: Capability to manage and develop teams. * Planning and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and monthly closings under pressure. 6\. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) * % variance between executed vs. budgeted budget. * Accuracy of annual forecast. * Average time for O&M work certification. * Quality and accuracy of information in SAP. **Candidate Requirements** **Profile:** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). * Preferred: Specialization in Corporate Finance or Management Control. **Professional Experience:** * 5–8 years in similar roles in Cost Control or Controlling. * Mandatory: Solid hands-on experience with SAP. * Preferred: Prior experience in the Renewable Energy Generation sector.
