Our industrial expertise enables us to meet the needs of a broad range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, industrial and domestic equipment, as well as electrical and electronics.*Your future role Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will join the Process Engineering department and be primarily responsible for: * Monitoring daily production area issues. * Supporting other departments in analyzing customer complaints. * Implementing actions jointly reviewed with the Process Engineer to maintain performance within target and track the top 3 scrap items reported in TIER1 meetings. * Developing and supporting implementation of an internal process area safety program. * Establishing and participating in the 5S program implemented in the process area. * Ensuring molding processes run within the cycle time specified on the master process sheet. * Reporting and recording in IQMS any events or issues occurring on each molding machine. * Starting up injection and blow molding machines, ensuring proper adherence to procedures and work instructions, as well as correct completion of related forms and records. * Completing documentation required by the Process Engineering department’s quality management system. * Timely entry into IQMS of startup parts and purges. * Adjusting robot programs for part removal from molds. * Halting processes failing to meet product requirements and initiating corrective actions per internal procedures. * Conducting necessary sampling (Mold-Machine Validations, Engineering Changes) in coordination with the Process Engineer to meet production schedule requirements. Your profile **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma / Technical High School Diploma in electronics, electricity, mechanics, or related field. **Experience:** * Preferably 1 year in a similar position. * Experience launching and adjusting processes for different products and/or plastics. * Operation and programming of various brands of molding machines. **Knowledge:** * Polymer injection techniques. * Scientific Molding (SIM). * Blow Molding. * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. * Dimensional control of polymers. * Operation of injection molding machines. * Operation of blow molding machines. * Computer proficiency (Office suite). * Mold setup. * SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die). * 5S.
