Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position. Proficiency in production processes, quality principles and management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, managing resources, and controlling production processes; supervising personnel under their charge; and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations to maximize productivity and minimize costs. · Continuous supervision of production performance by applying inspection techniques, quality control, and improvement measures to ensure efficient operation of the Production Department, including implementation and monitoring of processes and resources to guarantee equipment manufacturing meeting quality standards and on-time delivery according to established deadlines with our clients. · Implementation of safety standards and regulations, ensuring staff compliance, as well as application of improvement measures to increase efficiency and minimize waste. · Daily reporting of results and reports to Management. **What do we offer?** Base salary of $30,000 net monthly (100% covered by IMSS) Statutory benefits Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Work location: Santo Tomás Chiconautla, Ecatepec, State of Mexico Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
