Join our team! ───────────────────────────── JOB OBJECTIVE ───────────────────────────── Ensure the proper operational, commercial, and customer service functioning of 6 to 10 branches located in ATIZAPAN, CUATITLAN, NICOLAS ROMERO, AND NAUCALPAN, guaranteeing compliance with quality, profitability, and service standards. ───────────────────────────── MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ───────────────────────────── * Supervise and monitor daily operations at each branch. * Verify compliance with quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. * Analyze sales and profitability indicators per point of sale. * Train, motivate, and evaluate branch personnel. * Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancement plans. * Coordinate inventory management, supply replenishment, and shrinkage control. * Report results to Management and propose growth strategies. ───────────────────────────── REQUIREMENTS ───────────────────────────── * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Area Supervisor or Manager in the food industry (restaurants, rotisseries, poultry shops, fast-food franchises). * Proficiency in operational and sales performance indicators. * Availability to travel between branches within the State of Mexico. * Valid Class E driver’s license. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ───────────────────────────── WE OFFER ───────────────────────────── ✔ Competitive base salary \+ performance-based commissions and bonuses. ✔ Statutory benefits from day one. ✔ Continuous training. ✔ Job stability and growth opportunities. ✔ Excellent work environment.
