We are seeking: **Warehouse Manager** Work Location: Centro Histórico, CDMX **Position Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely preparation of wholesale orders, physical organization of the warehouse, and adherence to delivery timelines—guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and direct support to the sales department. **Functions and Responsibilities** Supervise receipt, placement, and safeguarding of goods. Control physical and digital inventory (receipts, shipments, shrinkage). ERP system handling for inventory management (mandatory). Coordinate preparation and fulfillment of wholesale orders. Verify quantities, models, and quality before each shipment. Manage warehouse staff (task assignment, scheduling). Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper signage. Support sales team with product availability and delivery timelines. Handle incidents: shortages, picking errors, returns. Comply with safety and hygiene standards. Generate periodic inventory and movement reports. Optimize space and processes to improve loading times. **Education** Completed high school diploma (technical or incomplete bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or related field preferred). **Experience** Minimum 2 years as warehouse manager, supervisor, or warehouse supervisor. Proven experience in wholesale sales or distribution. High-volume inventory management experience. Desirable experience with textile products, groceries, or fast-moving goods. Physical inventory counts and reconciliations. Wholesale order logistics. ERP system usage or manual/digital recordkeeping. Basic warehouse safety standards. **Skills** Operational leadership.
