Industry-leading company with over 40 years of experience **AUTOMOTIVE SALES ADVISOR** * **Work Location:** Cuautitlán * **Schedule:** One day off per week (Mon \- Fri) 8:30am \- 6:30pm (Saturdays) 8:30am \- 4:00pm (Sundays) 9:00am \- 2:00pm We launched operations in Cuautitlán Izcalli as one of the area's first automotive service centers. Today, with over 40 years of experience and an established presence in Cuautitlán Izcalli and Tepotzotlán, we are a leading company in the sector, recognized for service quality and customer trust. At **Arca Automotive Solutions**, we believe our success rests on our team’s talent and commitment. Therefore, we seek to hire a **Branch Manager** responsible for ensuring the proper operational, commercial, and administrative functioning of our branches. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience in operational supervision and personnel management. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel and conduct branch visits. * Proficiency in performance indicators, reporting, and operational control. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service and advisory support, both in-person and online. * Preparation of estimates, quotations, and customer follow-up. * Invoicing, collections, cash register closings, and daily cash reconciliations. * Coordination and supervision of team activities. * Achievement of sales targets. **OFFER:** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.). * Base salary plus commissions **(NO CAPS)** * Performance-based bonuses. * Short-term training program and growth opportunities.
