We offer **continuous training, Apple certification, and real career growth** within a leading company in Latin America. **What You’ll Do:** * Provide **first- and second-level technical support** to Apple users. * Diagnose, service, and resolve device issues with personalized attention. * Follow up on completed services. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet departmental performance metrics and indicators. **What We’re Looking For:** * High school diploma or **completed technical degree**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in computer and mobile phone repair. * Passion for customer service and client interaction. * Residence near the work location. * Full-time availability. **Schedule** * Monday through Sunday * Rotating shifts: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. // 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. * **Rotating weekday rest days** **We Offer** * Monthly base salary of **$9,900 gross** * **Commissions of 9%–20%** on services performed * Punctuality bonus * Monthly food vouchers **Statutory and Enhanced Benefits** * **Apple Certified Macintosh Technician** certification * Profit-sharing (approx. 3 months’ salary) * Salary increase at the **fourth month** * Life insurance * Savings fund * 100% IMSS contributions * Direct and indefinite-term employment contract * Professional stability and development * **Additional benefits upon permanent placement** * Productivity bonus * Savings fund * Employee discounts with Apple and other prestigious brands * Christmas bonus **Work Location:** MacStore Martín Carrera **Apply through this channel** if you meet the profile.
