Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor obligations. Contributes to the accurate administration of payroll and benefits At Ex Hacienda San Sebastián, we seek a committed and organized Payroll and Benefits Coordinator who contributes to the accurate administration of payroll and benefits for our workforce. This position is critical to ensuring that our employees receive their compensation accurately and on time, as well as guaranteeing compliance with labor and social security obligations within the dynamic operational environment typical of the livestock sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll payments accurately and on schedule * Calculate all payroll-related obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, ISN) * Register new employees and maintain records of incidents and variable data * Calculate severance payments * Properly compile and maintain individual employee files * Administer vacations and loans * Track and manage each employee’s current status * Manage and calculate productivity incentives * Appropriately analyze information to support decision-making * Enforce the Internal Regulations to administer administrative sanctions to employees * Budgetary administration and control for each account **PROFILE** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting; Master’s degree and/or completion thereof is desirable. 3–4 years of professional experience **SKILLS** Ethics, Analytical thinking, Proactivity, Integrity, Assertiveness, Leadership. * Technical Knowledge: * Payroll processing, fundamentals of administration, budgeting, INFONAVIT and IMSS payments. **LOCATION** Ex Hacienda San Sebastián, Km 3, Tequixquiac, State of Mexico.
