Location: Tijuana, Baja California. **Job Requirements** · Completed university studies. · Prior experience in Traffic department. · Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and distribution. · Communication and teamwork skills. **Responsibilities:** * Manages and coordinates the use, scheduling, and availability of vehicle units for various operational areas. * Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, creating maintenance schedules for both leased and owned EROSA vehicles, ensuring compliance with the current budget. * Monitors fuel consumption of leased or owned EROSA vehicles. * Manages and follows up on insurance claims, coordinating with insurance agents and repair workshops assigned to EROSA vehicles. * Responsible for assigning fleet units to branches and maintaining an updated database of vehicles. * Administers and manages the telematics platform for vehicles assigned to EROSA branches. * Responsible for generating maintenance or vehicle-related requisitions in the ERP system for EROSA vehicles (leased or owned), where applicable. * Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance for refrigeration units (Thermoking/Carrier) installed on leased and owned EROSA vehicles, ensuring compliance with the current budget. * Actively participates in developing the preventive and corrective maintenance budget for EROSA vehicles. * Responsible for coordinating vehicle exchanges between branches and ensuring all related documentation is in order. * Coordinates, through suppliers, driver certification support. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** · Opportunities for professional growth and development. · Collaborative and motivating work environment. · Ongoing training programs. · Discounts on company products.
