Role centered on coffee preparation and warm customer service Barista – Roll Lab **Location:** Varsovia branch **Schedule:** 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotating shifts based on operations) **Full-time** **Contract:** Indefinite-term (2-month probation period) **Base salary:** $11,000 monthly, tax-free **Benefits:** IMSS (starting after the 3rd month), vacation days, and statutory benefits **Days off:** 1 day per week **We seek baristas passionate about coffee and service** At **Roll Lab**, every beverage is part of a premium experience.
