The ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating and estimating construction project costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage of the process. **What Are We Looking For?** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with specialization and experience in Construction Site Residency. * **Minimum required experience of 2–3 years** **in a recent role as** **Construction Quantity Surveyor**, involved in budget preparation and/or cost estimation. * Advanced proficiency in estimation and measurement software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). * Excellent communication skills, accountability, and commitment. * Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost estimation software. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments. * Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze project drawings and documents to determine quantities of materials and resources required. * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction project execution. * Collaborate with the project team to ensure quantity accuracy and alignment with established budgets. * Participate in project planning and progress meetings to provide cost and resource-related information. **Your Day-to-Day Activities:** * Preparation of Unit Price Cards * Budget Preparation and Customer Service Support * Project/Sales Follow-up * Supplier Quotation Management * Construction Estimations * Site visits when required * Collection of extraordinary pricing data **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise: $11,000–$12,000 net monthly * Monthly salary / biweekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability and long-term employment * Corporate benefits * Professional development and growth opportunities * Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Half-day off on your birthday **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM * Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM * Fixed day off: Sunday **Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to submit an updated CV.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
