Evaluation of business line performance ### **Purpose of the Role** ### **To analyze and adjudicate claims in the Claims area**, **ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions**, **and generate operational intelligence** **through key reports and metrics that enable understanding of business performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and support for decision-making.** ### **Responsibilities** * ### **Analyze and adjudicate claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.** * ### **Evaluate business line performance through analysis of relevant data, statistics, and trends.** * ### **Develop, analyze, and monitor operational metrics, generating insights to continuously improve claim handling and service processes.** * ### **Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of information recorded in systems.** * ### **Request and track claim payments, ensuring proper authorization and recording.** * ### **Prepare and deliver adjudication letters to insured parties based on technical and documentary analysis of each case.** * ### **Participate in the monthly operational close process by reconciling figures, reviewing open cases, and adjusting reserves.** ### **Requirements** * ### **Completed bachelor’s degree.** * ### **Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Claims areas (Life, Property & Casualty, Credit, or Medical Expenses) within the insurance industry.** * ### **Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation).** * ### **Power BI knowledge and dashboard design experience preferred.** * ### **Experience analyzing operational metrics (frequency, severity, service levels) and participating in closing processes or reserve management.** ### **We Offer** * ### **Work location: Mexico City.** * ### **Hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite).** * ### **Competitive salary and additional benefits.** * ### **Direct employment contract with the company.** If no application deadline is provided, this role may be a pipeline requisition, and we'll continue to collect applications on an ongoing basis, or there is no requirement for this information in the location where the role is posted.
