




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality and safety through compliance with guidelines, procedures, and implementation of HACCP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of food quality and safety standards. 2. Cold chain monitoring and good storage practices. 3. Support in HACCP and food safety controls and recordkeeping. ***Objective:*** To comply with and enforce organizational work guidelines, procedures, and instructions, as well as implement Prerequisite Programs and the HACCP food safety plan to ensure product quality and safety. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Supervise compliance with food quality and safety standards. * Monitor temperatures and cold chain for refrigerated and frozen products. * Verify good storage, hygiene, and product handling practices. * Inspect goods receipt, returns, and shipments. * Track non-conforming products, losses, and quality deviations. * Support HACCP and food safety-related controls and recordkeeping. ***Experience*** * Minimum 1 year in quality, food safety, or food security roles. * Desired experience in: * refrigerated/frozen warehouses * foodservice * food logistics * food distribution ***Technical Knowledge*** * Good storage and hygiene practices. * Cold chain management. * FIFO (First-In, First-Out). * HACCP and food safety. * Temperature control. * Handling of non-conforming products. * Desired knowledge of audits or quality controls.
