Key Responsibilities: 1\.\- Execute talent search, attraction, and selection processes based on the competency-based model. 2\.\- Contribute to implementing emerging trends in talent search, attraction, and selection. 3\.\- Meet vacancy coverage timelines. 4\.\- Provide Human Resources Administration with valid and complete candidate information and documentation for hiring. 5\.\- Monitor the full and satisfactory integration of newly hired personnel. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in mass operational recruitment. Proficiency in competency-based interviewing. Experience managing recruitment sources. Willingness to travel.
