This position is located in Ciudad de México in a hybrid model. **Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:** * Manage the flow of raw materials, finished goods, services, and information from point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing plant and delivery to the customer, to meet customer or manufacturing requirements. * Ensure execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as replenishment systems, electronic data interchange systems, demand management, administration of electronic data systems, and related functions. * Ensure achievement of customer service and on\-time delivery objectives within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial goals. * Build relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers by resolving delivery issues. * Integrate market intelligence from operating units, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive positioning. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree * 5 years of experience working in medical device and/or pharmaceutical and/or consumer goods companies * 5 years of experience directly leading teams * Experience in Distribution \& Transportation * Experience with Power Point, Excel, Power BI \& SAP * Advanced English * Supply Chain \& Logistics certification would be advantageous Location: Ciudad de México * **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. **Benefits \& Compensation** ============================ **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
