DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leading company in energy and technological solutions, is seeking to incorporate an HVAC Modeler with a solid track record of at least 5 years of experience. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong teamwork skills and a firm commitment to quality and innovation. As an HVAC Modeler, you will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection systems using specialized software such as Revit. Your work will be essential to the proper execution of our projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with current regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Creation and modification of 3D models for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) installations and fire protection systems in Revit. * Coordination with other departments (architecture, structures, electrical) for model integration and clash resolution. * Generation of drawings, sections, elevations, and measurements from the 3D models. * Conducting simulation studies and energy performance analysis (as required). * Verification of compliance with technical regulations and quality standards in developed models. * Technical documentation and preparation of descriptive reports. * Participation in technical meetings with clients and project teams. * Ensuring accurate interpretation of designs and technical specifications. * Collaboration in continuous improvement of modeling and documentation processes. * Management of information and the model lifecycle. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with other BIM tools (Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP). * Knowledge of energy calculation and simulation software. * Familiarity with fire protection systems. * Technical English (reading and comprehension). * Experience in BIM project management. REQUIREMENTS **Position Requirements:** * Vocational or university education in fields related to installations, construction, mechanical engineering, or similar. * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in HVAC and/or fire protection system modeling and design. * Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Modeling). * Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to HVAC and fire protection installations. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. * Attention to detail and rigor in work. * Strong communication skills. * Proactivity and initiative.
