




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage pre-payroll, employee onboarding/offboarding, contract preparation, incident tracking, and internal employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages pre-payroll and personnel incident tracking. 2. Prepares employment contracts and administers employee onboarding/offboarding. 3. Provides internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries. Requirements • Desired education level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. • Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and payroll processing. • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Excel.
