Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent related field. 1 year or more of experience in Technical Support, Networks, and Infrastructure. Conversational English at B2 level. · Responsibilities: End-user support, network connectivity Vendor and project management Structured cabling Knowledge of protocols Operation of telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, Access Points, VLANs Knowledge of fixed and mobile telephony, 3G, 4G, 5G technologies, and 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands Conversational English. · We Offer: Statutory benefits Gasoline allowance Cafeteria (Optional) Work Schedule: Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., according to the assigned shift within our service window.
