




Position Summary: Professional responsible for managing labor relations, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation, with a focus on risk prevention and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages labor relations and regulatory compliance 2. Coordinates internal committees and oversees labor legislation 3. Prevents labor risks and updates legal documentation Main Responsibilities Daily labor management: employee separations, preparation of administrative minutes, and handling of internal and external labor claims. Legal and administrative support: follow-up on official notices related to child support payments and labor procedures. Internal committees: coordination and monitoring of Safety and Hygiene, General Employment Conditions, and Training and Development committees. Regulatory compliance oversight: responding to inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) and implementing labor legislation. Documentation and contracts: drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts, collective agreements, and internal regulations; filing reports with REPSE, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. Risk prevention and operational support: preventive labor risk actions, updating training materials, and preparing periodic reports.
