




Job Summary: Analyst role focused on integrating and analyzing HR information, creating and automating Excel templates, and designing and maintaining databases to support HR management. Database design and maintenance Daily Responsibilities: Integration and analysis of HR information from various areas: payroll expenses, monthly bonus calculation, employee turnover rate, and satisfaction level. Creation and automation of Excel templates and files to optimize administrative processes. Design and maintenance of databases supporting comprehensive HR management. Periodic Responsibilities: Preparation of bonus reports for the Call Center department. Generation of consolidated expense reports for resource administration. Analysis of departmental expenses, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
