




Job Summary: This role involves integrating and analyzing Human Resources information, creating Excel templates, and designing databases to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Human Resources information integration and analysis 2. Excel template and file creation and automation 3. HR database design and maintenance Daily Responsibilities Integration and analysis of information from various Human Resources areas, including payroll expenses, monthly bonus calculation, employee turnover rate, and satisfaction level. Creation and automation of Excel templates and files to optimize administrative processes. Design and maintenance of databases supporting comprehensive Human Resources management. Periodic Responsibilities Preparation of bonus reports for the Call Center department. Generation of consolidated expense reports for resource management. Analysis of departmental expenses, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
