Requirements: **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field. (Degree required — non-negotiable) **3–4 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing. **Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar. **Knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.). **Experience managing digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). **Advanced knowledge of UX/UI. **Experience working in technology, retail, or startup companies. **Knowledge of marketing automation. **Experience with technology products (ideal: 3D printing). Responsibilities: ***Manage the online store (products, descriptions, pricing, inventory). ***Optimize user experience (UX/UI) on the website. ***Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. ***Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social ads). ***Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROI). ***Manage integrations with platforms (payments, logistics, CRM). ***Monitor eCommerce trends and propose continuous improvements. ***Coordinate promotions, product launches, and commercial campaigns. ***Oversee proper logistics operations for online orders.
