Job Summary: Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video surveillance and access control systems, ensuring their proper operation. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability and continuous training Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video surveillance (CCTV) and access control systems, ensuring proper equipment operation and compliance with technical and safety standards. Functions and Responsibilities • Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, IP systems). • Installation of access control systems (readers, electromagnetic locks, panels). • Conduit piping (codric) installation. • Laying, punching down, and basic certification of Category 6 and 6A structured cabling. • Reading and interpretation of basic blueprints. • Functional testing and commissioning. • Field fault diagnosis and resolution. • Preventive and corrective maintenance. • Preparation of service reports. • Compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE. Requirements Education: • Technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, networking, or related field. Experience: • 2 to 4 years of experience installing CCTV and access control systems. Technical Knowledge: • CCTV systems (analog and IP). • Access control (card-based, biometric). • Conduit piping (codric) installation. • Category 6 and 6A structured cabling. • Use of tools (drill, punch-down tool, multimeter, network tester). • Basic network configuration (IP, addressing).
