Job Summary: We are seeking a newly graduated Auditor to join the MacStore team, performing operational, administrative, and financial audits, data analysis, and review of processes and inventories. What do you need? ° Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration. ° Availability to travel. ° Proficiency in Excel. Operational Audits · Activities to be performed: ° Cash counts and cash closings. ° Administrative, operational, and financial audits. ° Data analysis. ° Process review. ° Inventory review. ° Review of process, policy, and procedure follow-up. ° Evaluation of control systems and verification thereof. Findings Reporting. Reconciliations. Audits of Service Centers (Parts). Excel proficiency (technical test required). · Working hours: ° Monday to Friday, fully on-site. ° Office audit: 8:50 AM to 7:00 PM. ° Operational audit: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. (Availability for both schedules required.) Travel availability.
