Verification of production schedule compliance IMPORTANT: MEXICAN COMPANY SEEKING Production Supervisor We are seeking a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising operational staff on production lines according to the production schedule, ensuring that assigned tasks are performed correctly, tracking reports, and facilitating communication between operational and administrative staff. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in this position. \*We Offer: \- Monthly base salary paid biweekly. \- Workdays: Monday to Friday. \- Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. \- Statutory benefits. \- Direct employment with the company. PRIMARY WORK LOCATION: Tlalnepantla Centro RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and review of production reports. * Adherence to production procedures as specified in authorized operation instructions. * Preparation and management of production stock. * Verification and coordination of product changes. * Verification of production schedule (PDP) compliance with assigned personnel and required quantities. * Compliance with the company's quality policy. * Knowledge and application of the Theory of Constraints (T.O.C.) system. * Hourly review of the hourly production progress form data. * Ensures hourly production data entry into the PDP system. * Immediate notification of machine and equipment anomalies to the maintenance department. * Timely and accurate data entry of inputs and outputs in the Admind4 program.
