Impact real operations from Day 1 by programming and systematizing. **What is this role really about?** * We are not looking for a traditional administrator. * We seek someone who dislikes manual processes enough to automate them. * Your job is NOT merely to execute administrative tasks. * Your job is to convert them into self-running systems. * We aim to reach a point where everything aligns perfectly, no one can “corrupt” the system, and you only monitor it. **Candidate Profile We Seek** * English (you must be able to read technical documentation without difficulty). * Solid programming knowledge (language does not matter; solving problems does). * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (any field, related or not). * No work experience required (not a limiting factor). * Must live within a maximum 30-minute commute from the Anáhuac neighborhood. * Mindset: curious, intense, hungry to learn and build. **What You’ll Do (and Transform)** 1\. Accounts Receivable * Execute daily follow-up. * Goal: automate reminders, follow-up, and control. 2\. Account Statements * Daily generation and delivery. * Goal: create systems to perform this automatically. 3\. Client Contracts * Track signatures. * Goal: fully digitize and automate the entire process. 4\. Expense Verification * Control and validation. * Goal: eliminate friction and errors through systems. 5\. Bank Reconciliation * Review and cross-check transactions against internal records. * Identify discrepancies. * Goal: automate reconciliations and inconsistency detection. **What Matters Most** * Here, you do NOT come to “make pretty Excel sheets.” * You come to build tools. * You will engage with real business operations from Day 1. * If something is repetitive → you program it. * If something depends on people → you systematize it. * If automating processes does not interest you, this position is not for you.
