Construcciones y Estructuras A\&T, a specialized construction company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking: ***Business Development Executive (Construction Projects / Steel Structures)*** **Job Objective** Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to generate profitable business opportunities through prospecting, tracking, and closing projects, ensuring a consistent workflow aligned with the organization’s technical capabilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Close construction projects with new clients to generate a steady pipeline of work. * Design and execute commercial strategies by customer type, industry, or project. * Identify and develop new customers, projects, and potential markets within the construction sector. * Research and map decision-makers among target customers (developers, contractors, corporations, etc.). * Generate and manage a commercial pipeline (sales funnel) with precise tracking of opportunities. * Identify and participate in private tenders aligned with the company’s strategy. * Reactivate relationships with existing customers to generate new projects. * Translate customer needs into viable solutions in coordination with technical departments. * Participate in preparing technical-commercial proposals (catalog, scope, costs, timelines, feasibility). * Track proposals and tenders until closure (won or lost). * Attend client meetings for needs assessment and proposal presentations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 3+ to 5 years of B2B project sales experience (construction, steel structures, civil works, industrial, etc.). * Proven experience in acquiring new customers (cold prospecting). * Experience in private tenders and proposal preparation. * Basic technical knowledge to interpret projects, drawings, and scopes. **Key Competencies:** * Results-oriented and business-generation focus * Strategic commercial thinking * Negotiation and closing skills * Autonomy and proactivity * Effective communication with technical and executive profiles **Offer** * Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based variable compensation * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunity within an expanding company * Flexible work arrangement and autonomy * Participation in key sector projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
