Collaborative work and effective communication **GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** JOB REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting REQUIRED (Degree holder) \- Age: 28\-40 years old. \- Minimum 3 years of experience. \- Gender: Indifferent. \- Knowledge of financial accounting, electronic accounting, current accounting legislation and regulations (NIFs) \- Analytical ability, leadership, results orientation, and decision-making skills. \- Experience in financial advisory services, review of financial statements, and analysis of clients’ internal operations. \- Strong interest in the accounting\-financial field \- Experience in accounting reconciliations, monthly closings, account analysis, and generation of financial reports. \- Analysis and identification of accounting inconsistencies. \- Logical reasoning and critical thinking. \- Results orientation \- Technical leadership ability. \- Collaborative work. \- Effective communication. \- Knowledge of finance or process auditing Job Type: Hybrid — remote work with one day per week at the office.
