Join us and become part of our great Wellness family! **SENIOR UNIT PRICE ANALYST (TEMPORARY)** WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Completed degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture * Gender: Not specified * Age: Not specified Minimum 3 years of experience performing the following activities: * Developing concept catalogs * Developing unit price matrices * Analyzing and validating unit prices * Preparing comparative tables of quotation proposals * Validating and updating construction market prices * Analyzing and validating FASAR and overhead costs * Preparing internal cost schedules * Conducting on-site reviews with contractors regarding work breakdown structures and cost estimates * Approving the creation of extraordinary items * Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously * Quoting construction materials and services * Preparing tenders Knowledge: Extensive experience as a unit price analyst, including understanding and preparation of unit prices, construction market pricing, construction processes and procedures, materials, productivity rates, labor, suppliers, and parametric data.
