EUROGERM, a company specializing in innovative ingredients and solutions, serving the milling, baking\-pastry, and agri-food industries. We are seeking: Production Coordinator Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Certifications or diplomas in food industry regulations. Experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar production or contract manufacturing role. Knowledge of FSSC22000. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing). Basic English. Schedule: Monday to Saturday (availability to rotate shifts). Responsibilities: 1\. Prepare daily and monthly reports based on the SQCDM framework. 2\. Review the production plan with the Planning Department under MTO and MTS models for execution, ensuring availability of processing equipment and materials. 3\. Conduct daily indicator review meetings with direct team members to implement appropriate actions. 4\. Verify daily compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation requirements. 5\. Prepare the annual vacation schedule for personnel under supervision. 6\. Coordinate training plans for personnel under supervision with relevant departments. 7\. Initiate preventive and corrective actions and ensure their closure. 8\. Coordinate with Maintenance and Planning Departments to execute preventive maintenance. 9\. Monitor timely closure of work orders assigned to temporary staff. 10\. Assign and manage shift rotations for personnel under supervision. 11\. Review personnel incidents with the Human Resources Department according to established frequency. 12\. Maintain the Master Cleaning Plan up to date and ensure its execution. 13\. Coordinate with various departments involved in scaling up new products or reformulations. 14\. Actively participate in continuous improvement circles. 15\. Implement Kanban systems in process areas for each material type. 16\. Develop schedules for executing the Master Cleaning Plan. 17\. Prepare and update POES (Standard Operating Procedures). 18\. Serve as an HACCP team member and participate in decision-making. 19\. Availability to temporarily cover the Production Leader position due to events such as illness, leave, or vacation. ► Regarding Food Safety, responsibilities include: Knowing and complying with the Food Safety Policy, quality guidelines, and objectives of the food safety management system; reporting any food safety-related incidents to the appropriate team; and notifying any event affecting product or process quality. ► Regarding Safety, responsibilities include: Knowing and complying with the Health, Safety, and Hygiene Policy related to one’s work (identifying job-related hazards; reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, behaviors, or acts to the Safety Officer and/or immediate supervisor). ► Regarding Environment, responsibilities include: Participating, at one’s level, in company environmental initiatives — e.g., water usage control to avoid waste, proper waste segregation, turning off lights when not needed, reducing containers used in production (boxes, pallets, paper bags, plastic bags).
