Collaboration with logistics and operational departments **Job Objective:** Support warehouse operational activities, ensuring correct handling, stacking, and inventory control of materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations, thereby contributing to logistics efficiency and compliance with quality and food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** · Order picking and packing. · Order preparation and dispatch. · Generation of shipping labels (DHL, FedEx, etc.). · Basic order routing within CDMX. · Inventory receiving, placement, and control. · Cyclical inventories and reconciliations. · Recording of inventory receipts and shipments in system (Odoo, Shopify, or internal platform). · Identification and resolution of discrepancies (shortages, wrong items, inventory variances). · Application of stacking regulations and good storage practices. · Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. · Reporting incidents to the Warehouse Supervisor. · Collaboration with logistics, procurement, and operational departments. **Job Requirements:** Minimum education required: Completed high school or technical degree in logistics. Experience: **Minimum 1 year in warehouse** or logistics (e-commerce experience preferred). **Tools (very important):** · Intermediate Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas). · Experience with shipping platforms (ShipStation, Skydropx, Melonn, etc.). · Prior use of **Odoo**, **Shopify**, or other ERP / inventory platforms (not mandatory but a strong plus). **Technical Knowledge:** · Inventory control · Rotation methods (FIFO/FEFO) · Safe stacking and placement · Order preparation and fulfillment **Working Conditions:** · Working hours: Day off: Sunday plus one weekday, 10:00–19:00 hrs. · Work modality: On-site. · Tools or equipment used: Barcode scanner, computer, two-way radio. **Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:** **Knowledge:** · Inventory control and auditing. · Use of digital platforms (Odoo, Shopify, shipping platforms). · Intermediate Excel. · Stacking, FIFO/FEFO, and storage methods. **Skills:** · Effective multitasking. · Speed with accuracy. · Organization and prioritization. · Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision. · Clear communication with internal departments. **Attitudes:** · Discipline and orderliness. · Responsibility and honesty. · Adaptability to change. · Proactivity and problem-solving orientation.
