Development of new programs UNIVERSIDAD ICEL Invites you to join our team as **Development Analyst / Junior Programmer** Experience: 2 years in technology, analysis, and development areas. Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Analysis, design, implementation, and support of technological solutions. * User support for the Power Campus system. * Development of new programs. * Analyze system configuration issues and propose solutions. * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and transfers in the RECA system. * Prepare monthly collection reports. * Prepare the XML file for electronic certification processing. Salary: $11,500 monthly net plus statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, and educational scholarships) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 07:00 pm Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
